Are your operatives fully trained?
Absolutely! All our operatives are fully trained in up to date methods and safe
working practices.
Does your company have a Health and Safety policy?
We have a Health & Safety policy, carry out Risk Assessments and provide COSHH data sheets.
Are Crystal Clean Solutions fully insured?
Yes, we have a full employers liability cover and public liability cover.
How much do you charge per hour?
Our hourly fee varies according to the nature of the assignment. When you contact us we will ask you relevant questions and arrange a site visit to conduct a free survey and discuss your required specifications. After the site survey you can be guaranteed a very competitive price.
Will you provide the cleaning materials and equipment?
We will provide all the necessary cleaning materials and cleaning equipment.
Do you clean before or after working hours?
The majority of our cleaning is done before or after working hours dependent upon your request. Window cleaning is carried out early mornings and during office hours.
Can I specify the days for the cleaning?
Of course! You can specify the days for cleaning and we will make every effort to meet your requirements.
Can you provide references from some of your customer's?
Yes, we can provide references from our current customers and are available upon request.
Will I have the same cleaning person each visit?
Yes, you will have the same cleaning professional for each visit other than holidays and sickness where an area supervisor will cover.
What if I am not satisfied with your clean?
Your complete satisfaction is imperative to us. In the unlikely event you are dissatisfied for whatever reasons simply give us a call and a member of Crystal Clean Solutions Management will have your problem rectified immediately.
Do you offer a price difference or comparison scheme if I have already been given a quotation from another commercial cleaning contractor?
Yes, we will endeavour to match any genuine written quotations from bona fide companies although we provide very competitive prices in Hampshire, Berkshire and Surrey.
Do you do domestic cleaning?
Unfortunately not, we only provide services for commercial companies.
How are Crystal Clean Solutions different from any other contract cleaning service company?
Because we care and we have a great selection of highly motivated and dedicated staff all of whom are happy to work to your requirements.
Do you do one-off cleaning?
Yes. We offer one-off cleaning services for commercial premises and large properties.

Office Cleaning
Most commercial cleaning companies expect me to sign up to a minimum term contract, does Crystal Clean Solutions?
No, Crystal Clean Solutions does not sign you up to any short or long term cleaning service contracts.
Does Crystal Clean Solutions know what cross contamination control measures to take in a business premises?
Yes, we are fully aware of the different cleaning measures available such as colour coding and methods of disposal of certain waste products.
Can you wash our kitchen and bathroom towels?
Yes. We offer a laundering service to most of our customers.
We have in-house cleaners but they don't know how to carry out more specialised jobs like de-scaling washroom facilities, maintaining the tiled floors etc. Would you be interested in helping us?
Yes. We can help you with the more specialised cleaning jobs.
How will you enter my office on my scheduled days of cleaning?
This is up to you; many of our customers provide us with keys and alarm codes which are kept safe and secure.

Carpet Cleaning
Once my carpets have been cleaned are they left wet for hours on end?
No, in fact the best way to describe how your carpets is to imagine a used towel once you have finished in the shower this is the same dampness you can expect and should be dry within 4-6 hours.
If I request for my carpets to be cleaned do I have to clear the area prior to your operatives arriving?
Generally yes, we do ask that as much of the carpet areas that are to be cleaned are free from obstructions.
My carpet still has stains after cleaning
Not all stains can be removed as some carpets cannot be Hot Washed as they will shrink, such as 100% wool mix carpets. Other causes are due to the high volume of traffic and built in stains. Chemicals or materials such as oil or ink need to ideally be treated at the time of the spill as they do not always come out after having been left to become absorbed by the carpet.
How long does it take for the carpet cleaning to be carried out?
Normally it takes from 2 to 4 hours but it all depends on the size of the area and the level of soil.

Window Cleaning
How do Pure Water Fed Pole Systems work?
Water fed pole window cleaning resourcefully cleans windows, panelling, canopies, cladding and fascia leaving a fantastic smear free finish and effortlessly reaches difficult access areas, including over flower beds etc. also maintaining privacy and reducing disturbances and can be safely operated by a single operator from the ground.
Reduces or eliminates the use of ladders and access platforms increasing safety to both client and contractor in accordance with the new Health and Safety regulations. The system itself has a glass and carbon fibre pole that can extend up to 65 feet (approx 5 floors) and distributes pure de-ionised, detergent-free water to the brush head thus attracting and absorbing the dirt cleaning and evaporating naturally leaving a sparkling finish and windows stay cleaner for longer. Detergents are the main cause of trapping dirt and grime dirtying your windows quicker thus your windows having to be cleaned more frequently
No chemicals are used, making this system environmentally friendly and complying with EU regulations.

Floor Maintenance
Do you do maintenance cleaning for vinyl floors and hard floors?
Yes. We can mechanically clean most vinyl floors and hard floors. We can also strip and polish vinyl floors. For more information on this have a look at our section on

If I request for my floors to be cleaned or polished do I have to clear the floor area prior to your operatives arriving?
